The Moller 400 Skycar -- YOWZA!

There are many t's to cross and i's to dot before this beauty parks itself in your driveway, but isn't it nice to know that folks are working on it?

Here's the good news: It works! Right now! And it's as easy to drive as a Ferrari! Cruising speed is over 250 MPH, with a 750-mile range (and it gets 20 MPG)!

The initial cost will be around half a million, but this could get down to 50 large in production.

Random Thoughts

What was the last movie you saw where nothing exploded?

I'm getting way too much Caribbean weather information. Hurricanes only, please.

Does anybody know what's really going on in the Republic of Georgia?

The Yankees are not dead. They are not even mostly dead. The litmus test for mostly dead is the 1951 National League pennant race; the mostly dead NY Giants came from 13 1/2 games back in late August to win the pennant.
