 In the Texas hold 'em poker game that is the automobile industry, GM didn't have enough chips for the next hand. They found a sugar daddy in Barack Obama, and now, two years later, the Detroit giant is back in the game. With state-of-the-art assembly efficiency producing new, innovative and high quality vehicles, steady profitability has returned to Motor City.  The bailout money is being paid back ahead of schedule, almost a million jobs were saved, and an American icon has stayed on the road.

But the game goes on, and GM has just gone 'all in' with the Chevy Volt.  The bow-tie guys are betting the house -- do they have the cards?
