The Summit Diner is about as close as one can get to capturing the diner experience of the 40s and 50s. There is only one menu -- on the walls -- the grill is up front where you can see it, chrome is the dominant decor, and a meat loaf sandwich (gravy on the side) and a taylor ham and egg on a hard roll will set you back $9.75.
